My name is Efrain Coronado Jr. and I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I did my studies at CCS in Detroit and Pensole in Portland. I’ve been blessed to have the opportunities to see the world thanks to the Footwear industry and the many faces along the way.
I am based in Germany for the past 6 years now working as a Footwear Designer for Adidas. I have worked on most of the teams within the brand from lifestyle (Originals) to high performance (Running) and everything in between.

This shoe was redesigned by me in order to make it to market. The trickiest part of the project were the many limitations of the process. Only using TPU limits us from using any other material such as lining foams and insoles. The team and I developed many tricks around these limitations in order to create a wearable product. I couldn’t have done it without my amazin teammates.
