My name is Efrain Coronado Jr. and I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I did my studies at CCS in Detroit and Pensole in Portland. I’ve been blessed to have the opportunities to see the world thanks to the Footwear industry and the many faces along the way.
I am based in Germany for the past 6 years now working as a Footwear Designer for Adidas. I have worked on most of the teams within the brand from lifestyle (Originals) to high performance (Running) and everything in between.

This was a project to bring energy to the Supernova franchise. Taking the existing inline Supernova Boost component and rebuilding an iconic Supernova archive model around it.
Championing this amazing franchise was something that needed to hppen. supernova is one of the oldest Running franchises in all of footwear, and a proper update needed to happen to celebrate such an iconic model.
